Life’s such a phenomenon that is determined mostly by the length of years. Apart from diseases, accidents and disasters, each person is expected to live a certain number of years before passing away naturally. In Kenya, the span has been playing between 75 years and 85 years for quite some time, with the male gender having better chances. Recently however, the years have been believed to drop to between 69 and 75, raising concerns of whether lifestyle could be contributing. Touching on leaders, our first president died at the age of 81. His successor died at 92. The third died at 79. Ever since many other prominent leaders have passed on at the ages of between 65 and 76. Health reports are relating the dropping lifespan with lifestyle related diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cancers and STIs.

I don't measure life in terms of lifespan. I could just be scrolling through some video on net...how is that living? I wouldn't want to live beyond seventy five. I wouldn't like others to be changing my diapers or giving me bed pan, even if I could pay for it. So yeah...I want it quick, no longevity. As to cancers, I was reading about gene therapy...which may hold some answers. Turning vegan is also being touted as a way to avoid cancers. Who knows. As long as the lord almighty desires my company by seventy five or so, I am good. Otherwise, I would think god does not enjoy my company..that is why he has condemned me.
