A Show I Discovered

I turned on the Roku a couple of weeks ago and flipped through the Free Section and started watching a series called "Extreme Cake Bakers".
It is set in the UK and there are a group of expert cake bakers who are hired for different special events to create very ultimate cakes for the events.
The art of creating these special cakes is a true art and amazing. The creators/bakers of the special cakes are true artists.
It is amazing.
Have you heard of the show? Have you ever watched it? I looked it up online and there are 4 Seasons.

I haven't heard of it, but I used to watch The Great British Baking Show when I had Netflix.

@snowy22315 there other baking shows but this one is interesting because the bakers are so precise and artistic. The cake ideas they come up with is something I would never think of.

I've never heard of the show before but baking shows don't interest me. I'm glad you're enjoying it, though.

@LeaPea2417 I'm sure it can be interesting to someone else but I don't really bake anymore. Pretty and I don't eat cake and she'd have to read the instructions to me.

I've heard of it, but I've never watched any episodes. Cake is my weakness, so if I watched the show, I would feel compelled to run to the grocery store and buy a cake to devour! lol

@moffittjc what is also amazing is how every person at the parties the cakes are made for, all compliment the taste. No fancy cake ever turns out bad.

I've never heard of it nor seen it but I rarely watch TV. Somewhat recently my husband told me about a show he was watching that he liked. It took me a bit of time, I feel like it was months but maybe not, but I finally watched a few episodes and watched a while season which was only ten episodes before I found out he was waiting until I was ready to see more.
So last night we began watching it together. I re-watched from where he left off.
It's called Sullivan's crossing. It's very good.
I have watched a few British sitcoms in the past that I enjoyed. But I have no idea the names as it's been a few years.

I haven't seen this one; but I have seen extreme cakes being baked. Duff Goldman in Ace of Cakes and others. What they can do with cake, frosting and fondant is amazing.
