Another gray day, I think it will rain tonight. Anyway, I just had some delicious French toast for breakfast. I had it with raspberry syrup and some bananas. What did you have for breakfast this morning, was it noteworthy or ho hum? I always look forward to breakfast.

Sunny day here in Florida. Only bad part is that our 2-day cold front is now over. We'll be back up into the 80s by this afternoon. I don't mind so much as long as the humidity stays low.
I had a banana for breakfast this morning, and 2 cups of coffee. Nothing to write home to mom about. LOL

@moffittjc I am generally hungry for breakfast or at least not full..so glad to have it .and of course as you pointed out..the stuff of life coffee is readily available

@snowy22315 As much as I love coffee, I could just "pretend" that it is my breakfast and stop right there, but I am smart enough to know that I can't live on caffeine and creamer alone, I need solid food as well. Usually, I eat a big breakfast, but we ate a big dinner last night, and ate it late in the evening since we were watching college football games. So I wasn't very hungry this morning. I'll make up for it at lunch time.

I had my sister’s chicken and dressing. She had to deliver a bunch of Amyra’s home made cards (she’s selling them to raise money for her competition trip) to someone on Friday, so bad cold and all, she brought up my grandmother’s famous chicken and dressing for my dad and I. I had it yesterday for lunch and dinner too. Since it’s such a rare treat I never get tired of it.

Sounds good and hope nobody gets a cold.Where is Amyra's trip? Does Amyra want to go to an art institute eventually? She is so amazingly talented already other than refining her technique not sure how they could help her really...but I bet it would be very interesting for her.

@snowy22315 Thanks, snowy. The competition is in Columbus, Ohio, and she’s branching out and also entering the animation category besides drawing and painting.
She wants to go to a graphic arts school, and I hope she can.

I usually eat something for breakfast, but today I just wasn’t hungry. So I will eat lunch soon. We like French toast, I made some last week.

Apparently we had rain and a tiny bit of snow overnight. Supposed to snow here tomorrow. Very, very cold. Says it's 30ish but feels like 18ish.

I imagine that will be coming here. I wish it would get cold enough to snow..but that is not really in the forecast for here, areas to the West might have freezing rain.
