Did you enter competitions when you were younger?

I was telling @snowy22315 this morning in her discussion that Amyra is raising money for her competition trip in Columbus, Ohio next July. She’s selling her past work in card form. The top picture is from when she entered the photography competition, and you can probably recognize Jesus at the bottom in the painting and on the bottom right drawing. The one you might not recognize until I tell you is Joseph and Mary looking over Jesus in a manger. When I first saw I saw it, I didn’t recognize it was a hand on Mary’s hair (Amyra was 13 when she drew it, so it’s still good for that age). That’s something her art teacher is having work on right now: human appendages (sounds weird). Anyway, this is her past work. She’s still working on this year’s entry. She’s also entering the animation category this time too. She’s really excited about that. Did you enter various competitions when you were in school? I entered one on purpose for writing and then two of my teachers entered my writing in contests without telling me.
