When Are You Putting Up Your Christmas Tree?

Back when we had a real tree and I decorated for the holidays, we would put it up on the day after Thanksgiving. We now have about a two foot tall pre-lit table tree and we weren't going to put it out this year but it's Oliver's first Christmas with us and we were feeling festive, so we did end up putting it out on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. Is your tree up yet? If not, when are you putting it up? Our neighbor across the street had hers up before Halloween. We can see it through her front window.

We may not put up our 5 inch Christmas tree this year. Most of the time we don't.

I still can’t find mine in these bags. I THINK I found a few Christmas items, but I haven’t dug them out yet. My tree was very small anyway because I gave my four foot tree to Amyra for her room. I used to put it out the day after Thanksgiving.

Mine's up now. It didn't have the ornaments on, but I put some on this AM and will have them finished by the end of the day.

I will the next weekend. We have a small three foot pre-lit table tree, I am adding some more decorations and we will be ready for our first Christmas in this apartment.

Normally, we put ours up right after Thanksgiving, but this year we had the itch to put it up early, so we put it up the weekend before Thanksgiving. We always buy a real tree, and I'm surprised the tree lots already had trees available to sell.

Well, we don't celebrate Christmas as we are Hindus. But when my daughters were young, they wanted a Christmas tree and we got a three feet one. It's still there and I have a original Christmas tree in one big pot in my garden too. When they were youg, they would put the tree on the last day of November and keep it till January. But now, they don't seem so excited. Let's see what happens this year.
