@kaylachan .......I can still remember when everything was done manually. No computer. I feel rather sorry for my first couple of computers cause when I got one, I used them thing until they were worn out.

I have no choice but to get online. Nothing would get accomplished if I didn't.

@celticeagle Some things still are. But, even then screens are still a thing I can't avoid. If you wanted to write something down and didn't want to type, you could pick up a pen and paper. I can't. Being disabled means I'm dependant on technology to do basic things.I've been seeing a lot online about this fad of digital minulsim, and digital detoxes. And, I'll admit, I can't do that anymore. Those people often take it to thee extreme. They want to cut down on their screen time, but replace their one device for ten single-use devices. Which to me, defeats the purpose. When you could learn some self-control, but we're not teaching that to our kids.
