The countryside resorts grow marigold

December 10, 2025 8:05pm CST
These days the countryside resorts cultivate marigold. The marigold is grown for revenue. While they grow they add beauty to the gardens and resorts. When they are ripe they are sold and used in the garland market. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/TV8zTZ1_Uak

Marigolds are recommended here for keeping bugs out of the garden.

Mom always grew marigold plants along the edges of our garden. Their odor is strong and keeps a lot of wild animals out of the garden and several harmful bugs that would eat the garden plants. I never liked marigolds. They stink. I don't blame wild animals for staying far away from them.
