Just Drove Home On Slick Roads in the Snow

Well, I ended up going to the party I mentioned. It wasn't supposed to start snowing until 11 pm, but it started around 8:00 and I left the party at 8:30 and had to drive the 20 minutes home in the snow both actively snowing as well as on the roads. The roads were a little dicey. My driveway was icy. But I'm home safe. Hubby hasn't said two words to me. He didn't want me driving in the snow.

I'm sorry about hubby but at least you're home safe. I wouldn't have any idea how to drive in the snow.

Hubby wanted to drive me there and pick me back up but I didn't want to bother him and it wasn't supposed to start snowing until 2 or 3 hours later.
