Breakfast - Oatmeal nut bar
Lunch - PB&J sandwich, veggie poppables, yogurt
Dessert/Snack - Nature's Bakery Brownie
Dinner - I just ate some veggie poppables

They think his son did it. Tragic. He was an actor, director, screenwriter and producer. Did you ever see the sitcom All in the Family? He was in that.

How sad to hear of the tragic murder of Rob Reiner and his wife.
We got snow and although the sun is shining it's too cold for any of it to melt.
Last night we had meatloaf, baked potatoes and roasted zucchini slices. I was going to make mashed potatoes but it was just easier to throw 2 potatoes in the air fryer and make them baked

That's shocking about the murder in Hollywood. I think I had bacon and sausage and protein bars yesterday
