Good morning 12/15

I got shocked this morning about the news of Rob Reiners and his wife murder. Not only that, but it seems their oldest son may have either done it or had it done. What a betrayal! I am so blessed and thankful, I got my heat fixed prior to this awful cold snap. It has performed flawlessly in here since the last time they were here. Even my bedroom which is always a bit cooler than the rest of the house..has stayed relatively warm and cozy..yay! Anyway, waffle for breakfast this morning. I use my waffle maker once or twice a year. Do you have a waffle maker? Do you ever use it? You can do different things with it supposedly, but I only use it for waffles.

Me too, It would have been horrible if it was acting stupid during this freezing weather when it has to be on all the time.

It's so very sad when a child turns on their parents. It's nice being warm when it's so cold outside. On the opposite side of the world, I'm the exact opposite. I'm thankful for being cool.

My sister and BIL got me a New York Yankee waffle maker a few years ago, but I’ve never used it. I’m not much of a waffle person. I saw the news about Rob Reiner and his wife last night, and was shocked.

How tragic to hear of that murder of Rob Reiner and his wife. Glad your heat is working and that they fixed it right before the temperatures dropped. I do have a waffle maker but haven't actually used it in awhile. Lately I've been buying Premiere Protein frozen waffles that you just have to pop in the toaster.

I have had those in the past. What do you think of them? For a low carb waffle I like Birch Benders. I have some of that premier protein cereal, and it kind of tastes like dry macaroni to me.
