Santa Claus came about in the 4th century. From the bishop Saint Nicholas. He gave gifts to children. That spread to other countries who used the same concept and called Santa by different names. There were poems and stories wrote about Santa Claus. The modern Santa Claus lives in the North Pole. On Christmas Eve Santa Claus delivers gifts to children around the whole world.

Although Christmas is not our traditional and official festival, but I like it a lot. My son also likes Santa Claus as every year he won't miss to give a gift to my son

@jstory07 Sure. I remember in the past I bought him a big gift secretly. He found out in Christmas and ran to tell me that Santa Claus gave him a big gift

Have you noticed after that move “The Santa Clause” with Tim Allen how many people misspell Santa Claus now?

We celebrated the day of Saint Nicholas in Switzerland. Kids put their boots outside the door to find coins inside in the morning.
