It's early here, almost 2:30am but I am wide awake and ready to start my day. Most nights I only get 2-4 hours of sleep.
Yes, I know that is not very healthy, but I am not sure what I can do about it. I have sleep medication, it helps me fall asleep but not stay asleep. My doctor doesn't want to put me on anything stronger or along with the current sleep medication because I have severe obstructive sleep apnea and it could be dangerous.
I am listening to Judge Judy on TV while myLotting and scrolling through other social medias. Not a lot to do at 2:30am...
Do you have sleep issues? Any advice on getting a better nights sleep?

Oh wow, severe obstructive sleep apnea? That would make me reluctant to prescribe more medication too. Has your doctor ever mentioned Mirapex? It doesn’t make me fall asleep, but helps keep me asleep. It’s commonly prescribed for Restless Leg Syndrome or even Parkinson’s disease. But of course,it helps more than that.
I would suggest acupuncture, but I tried that once, and it didn’t work on me. It’s also expensive.

No, she's never mentioned that medication before. Hmm... next time I see her I will ask her about that one. Thank you.
And yea, acupuncture is a no go. I don't have the money and I hate needles!

Also, I did some research on that medication you mentioned. I don't think it would be a good fit for me. I am on a lot of mental health medications.
I think that the Mirapex would have too many interactions with my meds.

No, I don't have any special pillows. I use a CPAP machine though.

I used, now I just take THC Indica gummies around 7 pm . by 9 im out cold like a baby

@BACONSTRIPSXXX Melatonin gives me a headache whenever I wake up.
I thought it was all natural? It's bad for you?

Hmm.. I don't know if I want to go that route. I used to smoke/take edibles but quit like 3 years ago.

I wear a CPAP for sleep apnea. Judge Judy is my favorite guilty pleasure tv show to watch
