Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 26 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. Ugh. It is finally going to warm up tomorrow and I can't wait. I hate the cold. I was up for most of the night so I took today off. I've already been so tired so I knew I wouldn't be able to get through the day without feeling like I wanted to die. I'm up for now but I will be back in bed soon. Obviously I have no big plans for the day as I was expecting to be able to sleep and be at work. I want to make a batch of the hot cocoa cookie cups to see how that goes. I was going to make them for a cookie swap over the weekend but the snow ruined that. I'll just bring them into work and leave them for the vultures to have. What's everyone else up to today?

I was checking our forecast for this week into next and it’s supposed to be around 60 every day. I’m annoyed. Around Christmas, I want a chill in the air.

Good morning. It is 41F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to reach 58F by late this afternoon. (We'll be chillier tomorrow with possible storms.) I hope you can get back to sleep easily and feel well-rested when you wake up again. You keep talking about making cookies and I'm thinking we need to buy supplies and make some, too. I used to make snickerdoodles that everybody loved. I'll have to check my recipe book and see what ingredients I'll need for those. I'd also like to make some chocolate peanut butter balls. I haven't had those in years. We don't have any plans for the day.
