The other day when I was there for the writing group the library set up one of the group rooms as a celebration for Jane Austen's 250th birthday. Author of Sense and Sensibility, Emma, and Pride and Prejudice. It was a nice celebration. I didn't get to go to it because I was in the other room, but they had a powerpoint going about her life and books. They had tea and fancy sandwiches, veggie tray etc. I wish I had known about that in advance. I would actually have stayed and hung around, but I had to get back here for a zoom call.

Shame that you did not know in advance about the event. I liked Pride and Prejudice.

I have not read any of them. I saw Sense and Sensibility.
