Cream puffs for Christmas

In my terms, I’ve had a really busy day so it’s nice to sit down and share a bit of time with you all. I did two loads of washing, we shopped and we also visited our sister-in-law who lost her husband (Vince’s brother) earlier this year. She has moved into a nursing home and thankfully is very impressed with it. It certainly looked like a 5-star hotel to us. Our SIL can be a bit difficult at times so it’s nice to know she is happy in her new home. We are spending Christmas with my BIL, our two nieces and their families. We wanted to contribute a few things to the menu so today I’ve made a sultana and apricot loaf, cheese straws, and matchsticks. Vince also made cream puffs which is what you can see in the photo. Vince is making a prawn and peach salad Christmas morning and we’re also doing a spinach and strawberry salad. I don’t think we’ll be going hungry.

Hubby loved cream puffs and eclairs. They look perfect!!! Sounds like there will be a ton of good food on Christmas.

I think not. Did you already visit your sister? Haven't had cream puffs for a long time.

That is all more than I'd want to do in one day. It sounds like it will be a lovely dinner with plenty of food.
