What's in a name?

I’m using the same photo as the last discussion to draw your attention to the ‘outrageously thick’ custard. We hadn’t seen these before but, as well as the Bailey’s flavoured custard, there was Limoncello, Caramel, Spiced Brandy and a couple of others that I can’t remember. But all the flavours had very enticing names. We will use this custard to fill the cream puffs. We might need to sample one (each) just to make sure they’re of a sufficient standard for the family at Christmas. I know my niece makes a mean tiramisu, having been taught by a true Italian so we have that to look forward to too.

Limoncello is a very pleasant liquor from the south of Italy, it's made with lemons from the small city of Sorrento.

I didn't know you could buy custard like this or that Bailey's made it
