Went Back to Sleep After Getting Up at 6 am

Don't know why and it's highly unusual but after I got up at 6 am and did my normal morning myLotting and such, I went back to bed. I was so warm and happy and comfortable and dreaming until I suffered a leg cramp which immediately woke me up and got me out of bed. Now it's 8:45 am. I've never been in bed this late in the morning. Hubby's still asleep and Oliver the Fat Cat is in his cat bed but he's awake and waiting to see what I'm going to do. What time do you usually get up each morning?

I'm up all night; so I really don't have a rising time.

I tend to wake up at 4:30am. I wish I slept later, but I can’t seem to. I’m glad you got extra rest, but what a way to wake up.

During work days I get up at 5:30. While on this break I have been staying in until around 7:15. However, I find myself thinking of going back to bed because the fog is making everything dim.. Time to bust out the happy light.

I normally sleep two times, once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening and am awake all night. Last night I was watching old Bugs Bunny cartoons when I fell asleep around 3 am and woke up around 7:30 am. So now I'm awake again and am not tired. My day is out of schedule. It's a good thing we didn't have anything planned for the day.

between 6 and 7 in the morning, maybe if I'm tired I'll fall asleep by myself until my smartphone falls to the floor.
