Christmas at AmVet was fun and the food was AWESOME! Tom and I wore Santa Hats and I wore a Jingle Bell necklace. There was Turkey, Ham, Pies, Cakes, Veggies, Gravy, Bread. There was a Caulaflower casserole that was different. The turkey was just as juicy as the one Thanksgiving. This time it was mostly White meat. The hame was tender and was seasoned just right. They have the meat perfected. The guy who smokes a lot of meat for AmVet dinners, brough Tom a container with Pork Candy. OMG it was soooooo goood! Better than his last batch. He got a bad cut of Pork Belly the last time, but this one was Perfect. They asked Tom to say the prayer. He usually bows out, but this time he did it. He has a voice everyone can hear without a microphone. He did a good job being spur of the moment. Ate so much I was miserable for a few hours. Didn't eat anything for supper except a few Nacho Cheese Bugles and a piece of my fudge.
