Who's she?

My blind date seems familiar. I'm done spending a couple of hours relaxing at public plaza. I'm about to go home while taking to cross the street I spot a familiar person sitting in a concrete, circular seat enclosing the narra tree near the rolling stores of a few ambulant street foods vendors. I approach her and she looks at me smiling. She offers me some finger foods which she dip them to a hot chilly vinegar. I join her willingly till we finish those foods. Before we go home, we take our souvenir photo for posterity. And we head jome walking along the street while holding hands.
