Glendale Arizona Fire Department firefighters answered an emergency call on Tuesday December 29 when a small Chihuahua got stuck in a sink and needed for someone to rescue the dog. Firefighters Captain Campbell, firefighter Jacob Matheson and firefighter Billy Bollick worked together to rescue the Chihuahua and return the dog to its owner. The owner of the Chihuahua is very happy to reunite with her pet. Great job by the firefighters to rescue a dog who needed help after being stuck inside of a sink. Link is mn.com/en-us/news/us/...

I had to read that headline twice because it seemed so odd. One wonders what was going on; was it getting a sink bath? Did it get on the cabinet somehow and slip? Very odd.

Me too since dogs are companions to their owners.

I think anyone who is so attached to their pets will feel the same, I am glad they are together now. Pets are really like humans when they are hurt or not coming home in their usual time the owner got worried and come looking for it even in the middle of the night.

Gosh. I bet the firefighters don't have to do that too often.

Only a Chihuahua would be small enough to become stuck in a sink, and perhaps the owner will be more careful where they let their dog go into, after that.

I am in agreement with you regarding the owner keeping a look out for her pet.
