This is where I love to go to, every year. The year teases me, tests me, tends me with lots of experiences and I go through all of them willingly to be able to go here.
The serenity that ensues with the visit and the stay makes my heart flutter with an unspeakable joy.
I get to meet many friends and acquaintances who too come here to search for a little bit of themselves. The Christmas Choir, the Christmas cake, the Santa Claus effect on the kids travelling from far off places like China, Japan, Russia, Denmark, Belgium, Australia, Sweden, Brazil, Germany, Sri Lanka, Phillipines, Canada and many more, add colour to the festivities.
The Christmas tree decked with multicoloured spheres, adorn not only the roads here, but mark the rejuvenation of a spirit willing to be born again.
A week's stay is all that it takes to go through the tests and the trials and the triumphs to overcome the contrasting emotions of life in the ensuing year.
