Did You make any resolution for the new year?

This time before January 1 I was so busy I could not think of any resolution. In the first two weeks I used my energy and time at the building site of my new house. Electrification was on and I had to be ready to supply materials even at short notice. Sometimes, I had to rush to the electrical shop thrice. Soon next, I got busy preparing the choir for Christmas and New year services . On the New Year Day, as usual, a picnic was organised for all present and past children, all workers of Familia. On my back of mind , a thought was nagging that I have to get documents to present at the hearing at the election commission office to prove my voting rights. Yesterday , January 2, I travelled to the district South 24 Parganas to my relatives to get land documents which will strengthen my claim before the election office. All this pushed any thought of resolutions out of my mind. Today , something inside me is advising me that though late, you can still make your new year resolutions. Hopefully, I can do it tomorrow , Sunday. It will be a good day.

No, at this stage of my lie there’s no sense in “trying to turn over a new leaf.” I hope you have a great new year!

Yes, Sunday is a good day for resolutions but you can make a resolution at any time. I've made resolutions before but after a week or two I can't remember what they are so now I usually don't bother.
