Do you sometimes wish that we don't dream at night or that we don't remember our dreams?

I do.
I had an awful dream in the early morning, which was close to the real thing i've experienced and during my dreaming, i woke up and started remembering the real thing that happened to me. my mind couldn't go silence and it's not a good memory. and you can't restart the history.
After that, i managed to fall asleep and had the other dream where someone made me cry and it felt very vivid.
All of my dreams are filled with the people i cut off my life and that's what i hate the most. in my dreams, they are either fighting with me or are so polite, which is unrealistic.
Even when i'm exteremely tired, i still remember my dreams. It's hard sometimes.
I wish someone invents a magical potion.

i always said i remember what i want to remember but not these things. i am glad you don't always remember it; i wish i could do that too.

I have weird or strange dreams when I am stressed . I don’t really want to remember those.

maybe that's due to holidays, that i had strange dreams. since i cut some people off my life, i celebrated holidays alone. i wish you less stressful dreams. i also like happy dreams. dreaming about green hills or forest, i love that

I am so sorry to hear your dreams cause you to suffer. My dreams, that I can remember, haven’t been awful in quite awhile. On the occasion I do have a bad one, I can usually wake myself up if I realize it’s a dream. Half the time my subconscious realizes it’s a dream so I repeatedly tell myself to open my eyes, and usually I do.

i tolerant most of my dreams, with this people but this dream and a real situation really hurt me. after this discussion, i had better dreams so one of the good things is writing this discussion. thank you, it's not always easy.

I'm sorry that happens to you.
I only remember my dreams if someone or something wakes me up while I'm dreaming. Most of my nights happen and when I wake up the next morning, I can't remember anything I may have dreamed. I like it that way.

you are so lucky for not remembering. i had better dreams after this discussion but the real thing that happened, it still pains me. i sent an email to get it out of my chest but if they don't respond, i'm not going to do a thing anymore. and thank you, appreciate it.

@DaddyEvil thank you. well, if i'm not pressuring you, short details will be that i had a nightmare seasonal job and i didn't get payment for it. i also burned my hand, which made me to leave. i sent this employer emails, messages but nothing and i gave up. i didn't have a proper people around me, noone comforted me in right way, pretended it was nothing and with my low self-esteem, i didn't report (i didn't even get a contract) my employer. just when i accepted that experience, and that is what hurts me the most, my pension office notified me that they saw no payments for my job and no taxes. i told them the truth and they reduced my working days from 18-20 days to just one cause i didn't receive any contract. it was like a joke. i reported my employer and this deduction of days last year, just before the holidays but i don't expect any improvement. it happened a decade ago, the job and their notification 8 years ago. some would say, the job didn't even last a month but the only satisfaction was having those days. injustice always hurt me a lot and me handling it alone.

@TheHorse living is sometimes one big nightmare. i don't understand why at night we can't get some proper rest and some happy dreams

that's a great thing. i barely slept last night due to being nervous for a job interview today, but i still remembered some faces from my dreams. they rae in fog but still

Sometimes I do wish we don't dream. But sometimes I do like my dreams. Last nighty I dreamed that I was part of mystery reality tv show.

i like good dreams. you are right and your dreams sounds cool. i wish we can remember only good dreams
