Do you run out of steam when you are doing errands?

I had several things I wanted to do when I went to town today. Although I did do most of them, one of the main things I wanted to do was gas up with the Sheetz card which was one of sis's Christmas gifts, and since it is an area of the town a kind of trafficy drive away from where I was, I decided to skip it. Of course it didn't help that I exercised before I ever went to town, had to deal with a train stuck on the tracks, a huge survey that came out while I was eating lunch, and having to send back an item through I UPS pick up site. I knew I wanted to go to Dollar Tree, and that I still had to go to the trash dump, so I put the gas on the back burner. I just didn't want to add to my ventures. Do you sometimes postpone your errands due to just not wanting to bother? I still had to add a card and gift to my neighbors box, so I managed to get that done.

@snowy22315 I try to fill up in NY at speedway as it’s the lowest cost by a lot but if I run out of steam or don’t have time to stop well there’s always a gas station a mile from me.

@shaggin The station by me has the lowest prices around now, at least now, but I had a gift card to the other place.

I remember when I could just go and go and get it all done, but anymore, it seems that there is always at least one errand that can wait.

You did quite a lot! I struggle with that yes, if I have more than three prolonged things to do. Usually on a day I go to the post office my energy runs out fast.
I tell you what, that steroid pack my doctor gave me for vacation gave me energy I’ve never had. I remember when they put my mom on one the first time she got sick (the time she ended up at the Mayo Clinic). Her energy level was off the charts! Unfortunately, you can’t take those more than a week, and they don’t really want you on them often.
That was nice of you to get your neighbors something as well. It was such a cool thing for them to think of you too.

Yes, I thought it was the least I could do.

As I live a little ways from town I try to get it all done no matter what.

It is slightly less than half an hour for me, depending on where in town I am going. There is a smaller town a bit closer, but there isn't a whole lot there, although it does have a DMV and the library isn't far.
