The Secretary of Defense wants to reduce Senator Mark Kelly's military rank and pension

Pete Hegseth threatened to recall Kelly to active duty and court martial him. He didn't go with that option because he wouldn't have been successful. Soooo he announced today that he is going to reduce Kelly's military rank and pension. What did he to deserve these sanctions? He and 5 other Democrat Congresspeople had the AUDACITY to participate in a video telling members of the US military that they could and must refuse illegal orders. He was telling them not to break the law. Trump went ballistic and said that they should be executed. They. Should. Be. Executed. For. Telling. Military. To. Follow. The. Law. This is insanity. The other 5 members are not being sanctioned because they don't fall under the purview of the Pentagon's jurisdiction. I don't understand the differentiation as they are all veterans but for some reason Mark Kelly is the only one who is subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
