The Mister has just cooked steak, with peppercorn sauce …..

We had to go shopping earlier as thinking that we were going to be away we had no food in.
As usual The Mister opted for steak.
So we had steak, chips, peas and peppercorn sauce.
I like my steak rare and The Mister certainly does cook a mean steak.
I did do the washing up …..
I guess that’s team work……

That sounds good. Steak is something I virtually never eat and we definitely never have it at home but you are making me fancy some now! We are having chilli with rice, sour cream, guacamole and salad, all home made (except the sour cream) by me. Hopefully someone else will do the washing up!

We don’t usually have it very often but The Mister starting having it when he works away and has taken quite a liking to it. It seems to be his signature dish now.
We had chilli last week …same as you except no guacamole. I cooked then and The Mister did the washing up.

Everything except the peas sounds delicious! And having someone else cook also sounds really good to me. 
I've thawed Boston burger so will probably make some type of pasta with it for our lunch.

@Traceyjayne It's a mix of lean ground beef and good ground pork. (3/4 lbs to 1/4 lbs mixed together.)

Tonight I will have leftovers from our belated New Year's dinner. Pork loin, mashed potatoes, sauerkraut, broccoli and stuffing. There is also crumble apple pie.

Sounds delicious …..ive never had sauerkraut ….i have heard of it of course, just never tried it.
