There seems to be a herb 'fad' in my country. I call it a movement. I'm not sure about how it works but seems like a movement that many have boarded. They are putting cayenne + Himalayan salt + lemon in warm water saying they have numerous benefits which I'm not sure about.
Have you had fads in the recent times?

Since all three of those have great health benefits on their own, combining them would be good for you.

There are always health fads happening here. Doctors warn against them because they aren't nutritionally healthy for humans but people insist on trying them anyway.

There are dozens of health fads that some follow slavishly. I doubt many of them work.

Nope. Sorry but in terms of health we just leave everything to our mom, she cooks healthy food, she cooks healthy snacks, but she also make sure to give us a little junk food but not all the time. Hehehe and she also prepare our vitamins in the morning.
