There seems to be a herb 'fad' in my country. I call it a movement. I'm not sure about how it works but seems like a movement that many have boarded. They are putting cayenne + Himalayan salt + lemon in warm water saying they have numerous benefits which I'm not sure about. Have you had fads in the recent times?

I remember when people were saying drinking apple cider vinegar every morning was a good idea.

Since all three of those have great health benefits on their own, combining them would be good for you.

I'm also not sure that every person can't receive the same substance as other people, it could even be that after drinking it they get even sicker.

Very true. people are just doing it because the ingredients are natural so they believe it is safe.

There are always health fads happening here. Doctors warn against them because they aren't nutritionally healthy for humans but people insist on trying them anyway.

@aureliah Which may be possible but I don't believe it, myself.

I also try to avoid them as our bodies take them differently

There are dozens of health fads that some follow slavishly. I doubt many of them work.

I see some say they are working great while others complain of severe side effects

Nope. Sorry but in terms of health we just leave everything to our mom, she cooks healthy food, she cooks healthy snacks, but she also make sure to give us a little junk food but not all the time. Hehehe and she also prepare our vitamins in the morning.

I have read that herbs are a better alternative of medicines.
