Tonight we were trying to figure out what to make for supper. Tom found a recipe called Shipwreck Skillet Dinner. It contains..Hamburger, Onion, Garlic, Corn, Diced Tomatoes, Peas and Carrots and Spaghetti. So we made it. I had a pack of cheese you use in a Taco kit of some kind..comes in the box with the taco kit. We never use it with tacos, so I squeezed it into the skillet along with salt and pepper. I heated up some Garlic Rolls and I have to say it was good. Wasn't sure it would be good..but it was and we will be having it again tomorrow night.

That's quite a mix there! Onion is something I like putting into my hamburgers. It really brings out a juicy flavor. Sometimes a little experimentation can pay off! Sounds like a keeper...
