Funds must be tight next door

I saw the late rent notice on Smokey McSmokerson's door a couple of weeks ago. I haven't actually seen him in a couple of months because he hides from me. I have no idea why. It isn't like I want to sit and have a conversation with him. Anyway one thing I've noticed is that there has been much less marijuana stink. I know that because I can smell it through the door even with the windows closed. I do still smell it occasionally but not nearly as much as normal. I am 99% sure he didn't voluntarily decide to cut back so I can only assume that Mommy doesn't have the money to fund both his cigarette and pot habit at this time. Fine with me. I don't miss the stench.
