What's For Dinner?

I don't think a day could go by faster than this one did. I got up this morning with just a routine day in mind and then it wasn't.
My older daughter called and asked if I wanted to go anywhere as she was running a few errands (one of which was Hobby Lobby). Last time it was too early for me but today I was up, dressed and had my coffee so I decided I could use a trip to my favorite store.
Yes, I got some pretty yarn and had fun browsing all the new things coming out for the spring. It certainly gave me hope that spring is coming soon even though the weather is really cold. Possible for us to have some nasty looking stuff over the weekend. (ugh)
I went back to her house for a little while (which turned out to be longer) stayed for lunch and helped her get some of her Etsy orders packed up and ready for shipping.
Got home just a little while ago and now have just a bit of time before starting dinner,
Tonight we're having pork tenderloin with red potatoes and broccoli
It's really weird being here at dinner time instead of my early morning coffee chat.
That was my day in a nutshell. How was your day?

@Marilynda1225 I fell asleep watching the weather of all things and I really wanted to see it. Went to bed early, only to wake up at 10:30 from a terrible nightmare. So, here I am, trying to catch up with notifications.

@Marilynda1225 Mot too bad..Not as delicious as I thought it would be though. Might have been better with hamburger, I used ground turkey.

@snowy22315 I probably would enjoy it more with ground beef than turkey. Turkey is ok but sometimes it just doesn't do as well as a substitute for ground beef.

Yes, she does exceptionally well on Etsy and something that started as a hobby has become a business.
I do enjoy spending time with her and it's rare when we have a day with just the two of us together.
Hamburger with grilled onions is a big yum for me. I love grilled onions on my burger but my daughter hates the smell of onions cooking so I rarely make them.

My day was just fine trying to keep warm here. I made my main meal for the entire day. I make a cottage cheese casserole with eggs and shredded cheddar and today I added browned ground Italian sausage and spinach and it worked out well and I have more for tomorrow. My PC just put up a freeze warning here in Florida,

I made macaroni and cheese because my little one loves it. With her being sick I wanted to make a nice comfort food. I didn’t have enough yellow cheddar cheese so I used white cheddar. She took one look at it and said yuck and wouldn’t eat any.

You had a very busy day. Mine was busy also. My little housekeeper and I kept very busy for 5 hours. We cleaned, baked, did laundry, repotted plants, and other little things. What is for supper? Nothing because I munched on to much zucchini/carrot bread today. But that could change.

i hope nasty looking stuff wil come and go fast. my day was a little bit expensive; had to send something over post and it wasn't that cheap.
