Good planning. My Bad Knee and Hot and Sour Soup.

I had an appointment with my knee surgeon this morning. I parked in the parking lot of a Chinese restaurant across from the Hospital. Ms Horse and I used to go there, but I had not been there in years.
The appointment went fine. If I have surgery, it will not be too invasive.
When got back to my truck, I put the stuff they had given me (pre- and post-surgery stuff) and ordered some Hot and Sour Soup.
I have been craving hot and sour soup for months, but do not have a "default" Chinese restaurant on my radar screen.
The soup was good, but was lacking the chunks of (Kosher/Halal) pork I expected. 
Tonight, I am having steak and baked beans for dinner.

I feel like I have missed some life events while I've been gone! Hope surgery goes well if you have to have it done.
Also yummmmmmmmm hot and sour soup sounds awesome.

@TheHorse I like clear soup too, and wonton soup. I like most asian soups.
