My new Piggy Bank

Even at the age of 65, I am finding that old habits do indeed die hard.
Hence my latest Piggy Bank.
It is infact a Cookie Tin which contained lovely Cookies we got from a nice neighbour for our Xmas.
The Cookie Tin is a sort of model of the Polar Express which Caledonian Railway runs from our wee town.
I am using it to save 50p coins, £1 coins, £2 coins and £5 notes.
I reckon it could take years to fill.
I also have a chocolates tub, empty of chocolates which we use for smaller denomination monies.
Do you like my new piggy bank?
Do you have a piggy bank?

I do not have a piggy bank. I put coins into coin rolls and then deposit to the bank.

I have never had a coin roll unless I dropped it.

I think it's lovely. I have several receptacles for coins; but not as lovely as yours.

My other piggy bank is a round Heros tub.
At one time it had 550g of yummy little chocolates in it.
They didn't last long Linda

Aye
It really is.
I keep borrowing from it already.
Need £8 for the takeaway delivery.
Needed £18 so took it from the Choo Choo train.
Saved giving the driver a £20 and asking for my change

Pouring the contents into the coin counter is fun and anticipating how much could be counted.

Oh, that's so cute! Yes, I have a piggy bank that I got free from work that is a giant version of the smiley face, like this
I put coins in it and it even has coins from different countries that my friends gave me, including a Welsh coin with a dragon!

A Welsh coin with a Dragon, cool.
I don't think I have ever seen a Welsh coin.
A piggy bank is a great thing.
I can't believe so many adults continue to save like they were taught to as kids

I think what ever you use to save $ & keep it safe is what counts
I have a safe box I've had for yrs & being I'm back in my cabin
I'll start putting my left over $ in it being it has a lock & key.
This is the year I want to start saving $ so I can start getting
things I need & want for me & the cabin B-4 I can't ?

I think living for the moment at our ages is a good thing.
We decided if we want something we will get it whilst we can.
I hope you get what you want and need for you and the cabin

, I don't know if I like your piggy bank or not, and I still have some coins in my wallet.
