Not noticing a huge difference with the new humidifier

I used to have a smaller ultrasonic one in the bedroom at the house and I would use it when we had the heat on. It made the room so comfortable. Then I wound up on a CPAP machine and that provides its own humidity straight into my system. Unfortunately I've gotten out of the habit of using it. I really need to start again.
Anyway I was getting nosebleeds randomly over the past couple of months. I chalked it up to the dry air and ordered a big humidifier to use in this apartment. It is 2 bedrooms with a bathroom, utility room, hallway, front room, and kitchen but I keep the door to one of the bedrooms closed because I just use it for storage. I thought that it would get the job done.
I can't say that I've noticed much of a difference. I have it in the middle of the hallway which is in the middle of the apartment. I mean I can see it throwing water vapor so the humidity level is better than it would have been without it but it isn't anything super-noticeable. I add a "stress relief" essential oil blend to the water so at least it is working with the candles to make the place smell nice.
In any case I learned last week that I have a very low platelet level so that was likely what was causing the nosebleeds. I also had minor cuts that bled and bled for well over an hour. It was nuts. It isn't a good thing but at least it is an explanation.
I'll keep the humidifier going because as I said it has to be improving things at least a bit. I just have to get back to using my CPAP on a regular basis.

Breathing in cold air is really dangerous for Yvonne.
Do you think 15C is a warm enough to sleep in?
