Disappointed

I feel disappointed because several side jobs I have been doing have not produced the results I expected. I was really hoping to earn additional income from those jobs, especially since I was informed that my main salary will only be paid in March.

2 weeks late payment may be normal but why is it more than 2 months?

@indahwow I'm also disappoint by our government about is that after more than 10 years there has been no salary increase at all even though prices are getting higher.

The delay occurred because the budget from the central government has not yet been disbursed to the regional level.

@May2k8 You’re absolutely right. After more than 10 years without a salary increase, it’s hard to keep up with rising prices. This situation really needs serious attention from the government.

it's sad how employers are cruel in both of our countries. i am sorry but don't give up; something has to change and in a good way.

@indahwow welcome. yes, times are really hard. older generations, at least here, got the job right after the graduation while we struggle too much, even for a regular interview.

@valherma00 I agree. Times are really hard right now. Older generations often had more stable opportunities, while today many of us struggle just to get a chance for a simple interview. It can be frustrating, but we keep going and doing our best despite the challenges.

@indahwow I know. I was the senior clerk in a company around two years ago. I decided to have a small business of my own thereby working for myself. Working as a clerk was not easy and running one's own business is not easy either

@Shivram59 You’re right, neither is easy. Working as an employee and running your own business both come with struggles. I admire your determination to choose your own path.
