Setting up my new Chrome book

I didn't mention on here but about a week and a half ago, I spilled no more than a tablespoon or two of coffee on my keyboard. I cleaned it up promptly and it seemed to work fine, but later I noticed several keys were dead and I couldn't make them work at all since then I have been using the onscreen keyboard as a replacement, but that thing is a pain..and it is hard to see where I am typing. It will be a relief to type on a new device, although I prefer my Windows computer. Have you gotten any new devices lately?

Glad you're getting a new one, sorry to hear about the spill on your last device. I haven't gotten any new devices recently, however I did get home internet for only $50 per month! I am grateful for that so I can be here again. =)

@snowy22315 Yay, that's so good! I got a great deal with Starlink since I am in the country, it's the only internet we can get here. I really love it!

It's been several months since I finianced my iphone 16 pro. I still have my iphone 14 pro, but I dropped it and shattered the glass. I tried to use it with a case, but that just caused over heating issues, so I replaced it.

@snowy22315 Not happy having a phone bill over 100 and knowing 50 of that is a phone payment, but I also can't risk burning my hand or cuting myself on the broken backed phone.

I have it now, and have been setting it up. We tried to use Alexa to call people with hem, but the skill had to be set up.

@snowy22315 When I got my new Alexa, it gave me the steps to get it set up.

My oldest son and his family gave me a new phone for Christmas. I really like it a lot. He went all out with a pretty pink case and a good screen protector. My other phone still worked but we cycle the phones through my two grandsons so they are kept in the family. The new phone is very nice and I am really happy with it.

Other than the Kindles, I have two, but one works like craI have a tablet my son sent me when he was in Brazil.I haven't tried to use it.
