Chicago crossing guard Joe Sass who is a crossing guard in Chicago was just doing his duty when he carried on his back a young child to the other side of the street at an intersection that was flooded due to a water main break on Thursday January 22. The temperature in Chicago was below freezing when Joe took the child whose gender and age were not released.
