Yeah, it actually snowed down here in the valley this morning. We don't usually get much. This is the second time, and it was hardly anything and has melted off as usual. I hear about places in the east that are getting an accumulation of 15-16 inches in a couple of days. Places of business are closing as well as the schools. Everything comes to a halt until Mother Nature decides to play nice.
When I was a child, we had a sleigh and we had fun out in it. We never had snow days. Now, as an adult, we were tough. I used to have to drive in it as an adult. What a nerve-wracking experience. I'm glad I am retired and I don't have to go out in it anymore.
Spring is on my mind. How about yours?

Spring seems a long long time away.
We don't really get Spring until April
So it's at least 7 weeks away.
It is going to be a long 7 weeks

Summer season is coming soon in my country and I'm a bit afraid of that. Last year there was a terrible heatwave that classes in all levels got canceled because of too much heat. I'm afraid it would be the same this year.
When I was a kid, I always looked forward to the summer season because of the seasonal fruits I could enjoy and the beach. But now I'm too afraid to even go out and the number of people dying from heat stroke is also increasing.

Just want to get out of the cold but in Florida I see too variation; we either freeze or we roast.
