~The Lie I Believed For 20 Years!~

Hey y'all! I hope you're having an amazing day. =)
One lie I have believed almost all of my life is I would never drive. I didn't think I was good enough, I didn't think I could do it. I always thought I would have to depend on others for a ride everywhere-which I hated since I felt like I'm a burden to those around me...
Yesterday my best friend called and asked if I wanted to take my driving test today. I was excited, nervous and not expecting that but I said YES. Ready or not, I was going there this afternoon!
And...I PASSED! 41 years old and getting my license for the first time! You are never too old to learn something new and to do something new. =)
Another lie I overcame on this healing journey. I am so grateful to the Lord for His strength.

Good for you, for following through and learning and getting it done. We are never done learning or striving for what we need to do, I know it has to feel really good to accomplish this for the first time.
