Have you ever had mole sauce?

You will be saying Ole! If you have this sauce on chicken. Many years ago, I had mole chicken in a restaurant in Northern Virginia. It was a truly memorable meal and one of the best I have ever had. I know they sell it at the local grocery and I think I am going to buy and add to my chicken. Several recipes online.

It tastes a bit like a spicy chocolate raisin sauce. Most recipes call for Mexican chocolate in it as well.

I would imagine Mexican products aren't widely available there,unless you can find a store with a big ethnic section. I guess you would have to look online.
