OK, I know that many of us are beyond the age of dating, so I suppose I am asking about your opinions across your lifespan.
Across my life, I have liked "natural" looking women (those who wear little make-up and are at least somewhat "outdoorsy").
Melania Trump is in the news recently, because her movie came out. I understand that the movie is a disaster, but it means I still have to see her face when I am online.
Her face scares me. It looks like she has had a lot of "work done." I could never kiss her.
I knew one woman who had had breast enhancement. It made me afraid of her breasts, as if they were radioactive or something.
I have strong shoulders and a beer belly. I am who I am. I would never have cosmetic surgery. Even if I lived in Hollywood.

Physical appearance is the least on my list when I date someone. In fact, I had turned down gorgeous people simply because they weren't intellectually stimulating for me. So cosmetic surgery isn't a factor for me in dating someone.

It depends... Does the person still look human? I've seen a lot of people who have had cosmetic surgery that I couldn't tell what they started out as but they didn't look entirely human anymore.
I would have to say "No" if that were the case.
I used to be a bodybuilder but I like food too much so am a fat man now. (I am losing weight, though.)

@DaddyEvil I have never hit 200 lbs. How would you get to 180 or so?

This got me curious because I have seen some women who look like some kind of creatures, not human. Then I inquired about men and on the net it says that now men are doing more and more cosmetic surgery as well.

I hate the huge lips that some people think make them look good.

There are many reasons why a person might have cosmetic sergury. And, you're entitled to your own opinion. While it's true that somepeople do it for shallow vein reasons, others have it done to enhance their quality of life. I don't care what a person looks like on the outside, I'd be dating the personality not just the body. So, I might.
