First Day Back at The Gym in 2 Weeks

Between moving mother-in-law the week before and being sick last week, hubby and I haven't gotten to go to the gym in two weeks. I really need it to release some of the stress and frustration. It's "me" time. I need that. It also helps boost my mood and energy. Hubby is still sicker than I am so he just did a few things. I only did 30 minutes on the treadmill and no weight lifting.

That is really good. I haven't been on the treadmill for awhile. I kind of need life to go back to normal.

Glad that you're feeling better and were able to go back to the gym. I tend to just work out at home. But maybe at some point I might try a gym. It's something that I have been thinking about.
