Talk about stating the obvious!

We’re having a lot of wet weather, and the soil around here is heavy clay, and there has been a lot of forestry work going on involving heavy machinery. Put those things all together and the outcome is fairly predictable. So this sign spotted in the woods did seem to be stating the blindingly obvious. I guess it’s a health a safety requirement or something!
