What's for lunch?

I actually had mine about an hour ago. I saw a recipe, well actually I had seen it before for a 4 ingredient potato soup. It was good, but I think it would have been better not using a low sodium chicken broth. I also added some garlic to it. I will have to shake a little salt into it next time. I also had an open faced black forest ham sand but I just used a couple of slices. It was on Dave's Killer bread What floated your lunch boat?

@snowy22315 - We did and we finally only had a small sandwich for lunch, not plenty of calories.

Today is National soup day so it’s good that’s what you had today.
I had tuna sandwiches ….followed by grapes and a banana.
