Oops, wrong funeral!

Me and my sister used to stay in a lady's boarding house when I was a university student and she was in med school. Our landlady died of cancer. She was taking care of us along with her younger sister. Both of them were spinsters. On the day of the funeral, all of us lady boarders went to the church for the ceremony. We told the sister to join us but she told us to go ahead as she was still preparing the food. Church ceremony ended, we went to the cemetery and still no sister! Back to the house, sister came a few minutes later. Asked her where she was and she said she attended the wrong funeral! There was indeed another funeral ceremony right after our landlady's and that was the funeral she attended. She even joined in the picture taking and that's when she noticed all of the people there were strangers to her! We all ended up laughing.
