Had a lovely day ….although I did get wet !

So I was up early this morning as I was going to catch the bus to meet Mom in town to go shopping with her , then go back to hers for lunch. This morning it was chucking it down with rain ….big coat on, hat on, brolly taken .
Brolly got blown inside out before I had even walked to the bus stop. That was put away.
I met Mom and we had a lovely shopping trip….i got a free gingerbread man and we used a money off voucher that I ‘ found ‘ yesturday.
Lunch was Turkey baguette.
It was still raining when it was time for me to catch the bus into town ….yes, I did get a bit wet but I soon dried off when I got home ….fire was put on straight away.
Just about to make a coffee now ….yes, for those who know me …there is going to be Baileys going in there.

I've been to a chick flick movie at the clubhouse then we all had coffee and cake afterwards.

I haven't done anything today... No dishes to wash and, since we have a pile of boxes I'm supposed to break down to take out in front of the kitchen stove, I haven't cooked anything.
I'm glad I'm almost caught up on myLot because it's making my eyes and head hurt. I should be done with it shortly.
I'll probably just take a long nap this afternoon. I haven't been hungry all morning and am still not hungry at just after 1:30 pm.
I hope you're having a good late afternoon/evening.

I'm sorry you got wet. Nothing much going on here. The weekends are usually quiet and quite lonely for me.
