Dealing with annoying Coworkers

I have a lot of annoying co workers in the work place and though many times I know how to deal with them, my patience usually wearing thin.
Feeling irritated doesn’t make you petty—it makes you human. Constant interruptions, negativity, credit-grabbing, gossip, or micromanaging can quietly drain energy and morale, especially in demanding environments like schools or offices.
What matters is how you respond, not whether the feeling exists.
And I always go for protecting my peace and mental heath

The way I deal with people who annoy me is to keep my distance from them.

I do the same as much as I can but you are right then, they are unavoidable some times

When I had a job, my co workers were not irritating. They were co operative and friendly.. But My choice was having a small business of my own. Now I have a business. I'm my only concern worker and my own boss.

I usually ignore annoying people around me. That doesn't always work in a work environment but neither does getting mad about them. Just remember that you'll soon be able to go home and forget all about them and their stupidity and things usually go okay.

There will always be annoying people in every workplace. I usually just ignore them but, sometimes, they are so annoying that just their presence is enough to destroy our day.
