I don't have heart disease in my family, but I wonder if there are some out there in Mylotland that do. There is new research showing that high levels of Niacin (Vitamin B3) is being linked to an increased risk of heart disease. Niacin is found in cereal, fortified breads, meat, poultry and bananas.
I know that some people take the full Vitamin B complex to help with mood issues. What are your thoughts on this issue?

I am not sure but it seems that many vitamins and supplements affect people in many different ways.

Have not heard that. I have heart problems, but I do not take B3 or Complex. I take a multi-vitamin and has very little Vit B3. But I DO eat Bread and Oatmeal. Most of my problem is from collesterol.
