Sunday Sunday ….its roast dinner day..

So, just come back from Moms…..yes, yet another delicious toast dinner.
Today we had roast pork, roast potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, sage and onion stuffing and gravy. I had apple sauce too.
For pudding today we had homemade rice pudding. I had blackcurrant jam on mine.
Best news is I have brought another dinner and pud home with me for tomorrow.
What have you had to eat today ?

Can I ask what type of Rice your mum uses when she is making her rice puddings?
I made a Karolina Rice Pudding with Karolina rice and it was lovely.

Pudding rice…..not sure where she gets hers from ….she shops at Morrisons. I get mine from Tesco, its just called pudding rice. Never heard of Karolina rice ….where do you buy that ?

Your dinner sounds heavenly. I had a frozen Healthy Choice dinner. Had a lot of noodles, spinach and tomatoes in it.
