There used to be a show here in the UK called “Can’t Cook, Won’t Cook”
If it was still going, you could have applied to go on. Sadly it’s not.

There a few folks I know who would be naturals for that show.
Is it not on anymore?

I don't fry chicken or bacon... I don't like getting popped by grease. Mom had a screen wire device she put over the pan when she made fried chicken or fried bacon... I don't have and can't find one of those.
Once in a while Pretty will buy bacon and harass me to get me to fry it for her. Eventually, I'll throw it away. (I told her last time she bought it that I wasn't cooking it for her but she could cook it herself. A few days later, I saw the opened package in the trash.
)
I've made rack of lamb. It wasn't easy but it wasn't really difficult, either. We just don't like it after it cools off from cooking.

My mother also fried a lot of stuff, I don't fry either, unless the oil is really shallow.

@misunderstood_zombie I use Pam spray when I'm frying something. If that isn't deep enough, we don't need to eat it.

@DaddyEvil That made me laugh, 1/8 of an inch is enough for anyone.

I've never had it but I've heard chefs on cooking shows talk about how hard it is to make.

Rack of Lamb is actually quite easy if you just want to cook it and don't trim the bones etc
I jave never messed it up so it must be easy
I am not confident with Fish cookery
And I would avoid cooking most seafood except for Haddock or Cod incase I poisoned anyone

Wow, I never thought of poison anyone with fish, but they say the mercury is high in tuna, is that it?
