So, I have been cleaning my bathroom pantry the past few days and have been amazed as to what is in there. I have so many herbal remedies and or vitamins and supplementI could be a homeopath, probably 30 or more. I don't take all of them every day of course, no more than a few do I take on a routine basis, but I wasn't aware I had that many. The majority of them aren't very old either. I put them back in alpha order so they will be easier to find. I guess I just hear about new stuff for this and that, and I want to try it. Of course, I try not to take things that counter with my current prescribed medicine. Do you take any herbal remedies, or vitamins?

Have you been checked for osteoporosis? You may need calcium. D3 is good too, but you may get enough for that through your walking.

@snowy22315 I have a nerve pill for that. It's very mild and I often don't take it.

I only have what my primary care tells me to take. It saves me money when I get curious about something new. I do wish I could find my elderberry syrup for my next cold. Hopefully, that won’t be for a long while anyway.

Elderberry is one of the ones I have. I will probably only take it if I feel a cold coming on though. You can get it cheap at Aldi. Do you have Aldi in your area? I think you can order from them online.

I have some things I took in the past, but don't now. Black Cohosh was one..but I might still take it if I feel flushed.

I am a believer in herbal medicines. They were used for years before conventional meds came on the scene. and are generally less harsh. You do have to be careful though.
